In Aug 2023, we contacted Dylan about a water issue that recently appeared in our crawl space and the need to replace the vapor barrier in that area. The crew from Better Basements did an excellent job putting in a drain system and nice sump pump plus layed out and secured a new vapor barrier. Today, Oct.10, 2024, we had BB & W come back for a crawl inspection to get ready for the upcoming winter. Jacob, the tech, did a great job checkng out the entire crawl space and ran the pump. Looks like all is well for this winter. Thanks for the Five Star service once again. We feel much better knowing the crawl space is protected.
